Collapse:
density without surface,
equations turning inward.

Boundary:
an asymptote of light,
space skewed into silence
.

Matter spirals,
dismantled to radiation,
its record erased in curvature.

Time slows,
tends to stillness,
then is no longer measured.

No centre,
only gradient,
a well without floor.

I love the way physics and spirituality seem to meet in this poem. What could be terrifying, a black hole, is softened into wonder and curiosity. Boundlessness. It’s wonderful.

Thank you, as always I value your thoughtful interpretation.
There’s an interesting poetic space where science/myth/theology collide.

Poetry
These poems are moments pulled from the folds of everyday life, memory, myth and imagination. They are invitations to pause, to notice, and to enter the spaces between words.

One written each day.

Some days are a prick.
Some are a blessing.

Thorn and Benediction.
