• The star broke open from within,
its heart undone by its own desire.
    Iron fired and gold flowed,
the ruin richer than the structure.

    Its shroud became a nebula,
a cloud of ash and promise.
    Atoms wandered, cooling, joining,
    threaded by gravity’s slow hand.

From that dust, the stone began.
    Planets hardened in the ink.
    Mountains rose from stellar bones,
the buried heart of suns made earth.

Rain fell; the fecund seas roiled.
    Lightning split the waiting air.
In that storm, a breath took shape
a birth drawn from flame to flesh.

    Iron drives within our blood.
    Silicon charges beneath our skin.
Each pulse recalls the ancient forge,
    each thought, the fire’s remnant.

    We are the mountains dancing,
    the nebula remembering flame.
    Destruction made us beautiful,
and death still speaks our name.

  • Sand moves.
    Sand sighs.
    The desert states in sound.

    –––

    Grain upon grain,
    the slow collapse of light,
    the shiver of silica
    a voice born from friction.

    It whistles beneath the wind,
    a hymn of movement,
    a memory of glass.

    –––

    What is dust,
but a fallen star remembering heat?
    What is song,
but the ache of geometry learning to count?

    –––

    Now the scales unfold.
    Interstellar sands collide
    cloud upon cloud,
    ion on ion,
and the void begins to murmur.

    –––

Solar winds rub the edges of worlds.
    Rings grind.
Comets hiss through ice and flame.
    Every orbit sings.

    –––

    Galaxies meet in slow embrace,
    their arms of dust entwined.
    The dark itself trembles.
    Gravity bows.
    Creation is percussion.

    –––

    Cluster to cluster,
    field to field,
    the choir expands
    a harmony without centre,
    a tone without end.

    –––

    Then the multiverse,
    those veiled infinities
    resonate through one another.
    A vast and voiceless mantra,
    too large to name.

    –––

    Infinity sings itself.
    The friction of being.
    Breathing becomes the breath becoming.
    –––

    Friction of being
    spark of the whole
    this is creation
    song of the soul.

  • Flame without floor.
    River without shore.
    Radiance without rest.

In the black vault above all things,
    a crown of fire unfolding,
It burns. It breathes. It dies.

    As below, so above.
As in water, so in space.
As in depth, so in ascent.

    A star erupts,
    a jellyfish inverted,
    its tendrils cast through vacuum,
    its sting dissolving in dust.

    What the ocean suggests
    the heavens confirm
    What the trenches cradle,
    the nebula disperses.

    Light is a brief confession
    Darkness the long penance.

    As below, so above.
As in silence, so in beginning
As in ending, so in song.
